Best Homemade Natural Painkillers

2. Willow Bark

facebook

Willow bark is amazingly special, and you might not have even known that some of our modern, everyday Willow trees could do more than stand around and look pretty. Indeed, as the name of this painkiller suggests, the bark is taken straight from the tree and used in hot water as a tea, among its other forms of use, for example. When you drink it down, nice and hot, it’ll do its best work on the inside. Consider it an “inside job”.

You can buy it as an ointment, too. Rub some on your pain spots. Apply to bruises.
